Option with a charge for the effective unit consumption of each service, e.g. data transmission (counted in GB), voice services (per minute of call) and SMS and MMS (per unit).
PAYG (pay as you go) is an option for operators already having experience on the mobile market and know the potential of their customers.
Fees are charged only for active SIM cards and the actual unit consumption of each service.
However, the method of settlement does not determine the shape of the virtual operator’s retail offer – by settling in the PAYG model, you can offer your individual customers subscriptions.

Yes. During the trial period, you receive individual access to the MVNE platform as well as SIM cards. You can check how our service for MVNOs works in practice, how cards are activated and how services are managed on the platform.
When building the MVNO solution, we relied on the best market standards and cybersecurity procedures used in Orange. The MVNO solution is monitored in exactly the same way as other systems used to serve B2C/B2B customers of Orange Poland.
No. We do not want to interfere with the method of service, the operator’s relations with customers and other services offered by the operator, and therefore enforce specific CRM or CC solutions. However, our tool, via API, allows for simple integration with the operator’s current system to make customer service easier.

MVNA
Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator is an entity that buys wholesale services from MNOs and resells them to various MVNOs. It does not have retail customers itself.
